The Spruce Goose - The Hercules ! Howard Hughes greatest...or at least most memorable triumph, nearly his greatest disaster! It only flew once, but its one of the most famous planes on earth, and this GIANT sea plane is today randomly stashed away in central Oregon, landlocked in beautiful condition, living out its retirement among dozens of epic aircraft at the Evergreen Aviation Museum in McMinnville Oregon! Come along, just a few minutes away from the state capitol and the epic Enchanted forest, and only a few hours from the Goonies filming locations, is one of the weirdest pieces of aviation history on the planet!
